This whole process is transparent with no hidden fees.
Our trades, from the framing to the painting, are professionals in the industry. All working to bring their experience and knowledge to your project.
Looking for design help? We have both architectural and interior designers whom we can recommend to work directly with you to create the specifics of your project.

Frequently Asked
I want to renovate, what's first?
When you have a project in mind, we suggest your first step would be to interview renovators/builders and look into their business process, their opinions of your project and a rough budget. Discovering what kind of renovator you'd like to work with is just as important as what you'd like to renovate. A rough budget from the style of renovator you're comfortable with allows you to move to the next step in the process - design. Having a budget in mind will help designer's know their limitations.
What are the differences between renovators?
There are 3 basic business styles that renovators/builders use to operate. They are referred to as Design/Build, Cost Plus and Project Management. Each have their own Pros and Cons. Click the image to the right to see a basic break down on the general differences between the 3 styles. The question here breaks down to "What services are being provided by the Renovator and do I know how much they are charging for them?"
Why do I need plans and designs?
Working through the design and layout of your project with a professional allows for many needed key items. Plans for your project will allow Renovators/Builders to gather accurate quotes for the work needed, are needed for building permits and is a physical reference to the vision you'd like everyone to work towards.
Designs are a preliminary investment into your project and if you don't have or know a professional, ask your Renovator or friends for a referral.
To be able to truly compare "apples to apples" on quotes, even the project's finishes would need to be specified, and is best done with a professional interior designer's help. Admittedly, this is difficult to do before a projects budget is determined as the range on finish materials is large. Ask your Renovator/Builder how they cost the finishes on your project.
